Synopsis: Love is supreme ! love is eternal!! for Raju, a poor unlettered but saintly human being this was the only creed. But God seemed to smile upon him. His simplicity notwithstanding every passing day brought him wealth, riches and sucess. So much so that he marrried Savitri, a well educated girl from a rich family. Though the husband and wife loved each other deeply, there was a chasm between them. The wife believed, in the traditional Indian way, that her husband was her lord and master, whereas Raju would not have any of it. He believed God was the only lord and master. Even after the birth of a son, the chasm was as wide as ever. Love and devotion were no answer to deep set convictions. This charming family drama provides some of the answers.
