At Bombay Music, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item purchased on our Web site either by mail or in person at Bombay Music Store. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order and mail it to:

These shipping costs are for DVDs, CDs and Posters. The shipping cost for musical instruments and other items are as per quote.

USA - STANDARD POSTAL MAIL
$3 per order Plus $1 per Item

USA PRIORITY MAIL
$5 per order Plus $1 per Item

USA NEXT WORKING DAY MAIL
Orders should be received by Noon (PST) on working day. Weekends and holidays have no shipping or receiving.
$20 per order Plus $2 per Item for Shipping

Canada and Mexico STANDARD POSTAL MAIL
$5 per order Plus $1 per Item (maximum $20)

International (Other then Canada) STANDARD POSTAL MAIL
$5 per order Plus $3 per Item (Maximum $30.00)

International (Other then Canada) PRIORITY MAIL
$25 per order Plus $3 per Item. Maximum $50.00

STORE PICKUP
You are welcome to order online and pick it up at BombayMusic.com Berkeley, California store. When ordering for store pickup, choose this choice at the checkout time when you place the order. No shipping charges are added for store pickup.
