Synopsis:

This is the story of S. K. Nanda, a business tycoon who in spite of his millions, is unhappy after having his son Ramesh out of his house for having married a poor girl. Ravi, the younger son of Mr. Nanda who will go to any length to win the heart of Kanchan. Kanchan is strong willed and is prepared to give up her love to uphold the principles of life.
