Yaraana (Madhuri) - DVD

Synopsis:

Yaraana’s story is based on a girl named Lalita (Madhuri Dixit) who is being raised by her blind Aunt (Sulbha Deshpande) and Uncle Madanlal (Tej Sapru). One day an ambitious rich man, J.B. (Raj Babbar) sees Lalita and decides he wants her for his own. When Lalita rejects his advances, he kidnaps her with Madanlal’s help. Before J.B. can marry a drugged Lalita, she escapes and goes into hiding. While out on the streets, Lalita meets and falls in love with Raj (Rishi Kapoor). When her marriage is arrnged with Raj. Lalita falls into a false sense of security. But J.B. isn’t far behind, he is still searching for her. In his obsession, he kills her Aunt and her friend Banke (Shakti Kapoor). When he finds her at Raj’s home, he convinces Raj and his Dadaji (Kader Khan) that Lalita is his wife. Once again Lalita is in J.B.’s prison and this time she has no hope of escaping. Will Raj learn the truth about J.B. and come rescue her or will Lalita submit to J.B.’s will?
