Synopsis:

A spate of daring jewel robberies forces the police commissioner to assign the case to a diligent and honest officer, Inspector Pradhan. He very cleverly plans to trap the alleged culprit Ranjit Kumar, using his beautiful colleague Meena as bait. Things go according to the plan. Ranjit Kumar is with Meena when another robbery takes place. Ranjit Kumar has an alibi. And yet he was also at the place of the robbery. To complicate matters further Meena is falling in love with Ranjit. An exciting mix of mistaken identities, close calls, narrow escapes, interspersed with catchy songs and a smashing, surprise ending.
